Leading prospects begins with open ended questions such as, “Why did you agree to meet with me?” The questioning continues with getting to the root of the problem(s) the prospect is experiencing followed by in-depth questions regarding the impact on their business. By the time the salesperson speaks, the prospect realizes he/she is credible and most likely is in need of the services being presented.
