Are You Plagued by Fear of Failure?
Are you plagued by the fear of failure?
Many people ask how I personally handle this phenomenon. I advise to change your vocabulary from fear of failure to “marketing research”. Once you realize a project will not work, acknowledge it and quickly move on. Plug another project in that will work. This is the only way you can eliminate wasted time and look smart for advancing your goals quickly.
Years ago, I was told the manager was trying to get me to quit because he feared I would fail in corporate sales. Upon hearing the Director of Sales relay this to me, my response was, “failure is not in my vocabulary.” With that, I slammed his door to the office so hard, I was amazed the wall didn’t cave in!
If you have a question about how to handle fear of failure, voices in your head or negativity around you, while I’m not a psychologist, I will share with you my simple steps for handling these so that you can move forward in your business.
